We ship most of our products internationally from our manufactures in China.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 days.
- The typical delivery time is 15-30 days depending on your location, country and the product ordered.
- All of our shipping is tracked to help ensure the safe delivery of your product.
- If a product is not successfully delivered, all costs are refunded or we will send the product to you again.
- You may have to pay additional duties or taxes upon receiving your package.
- If you are in a country that gets longer deliveries than our estimates or/and the product you ordered doesn't have the shipping we describe above, we may contact you by email before shipping your product to confirm that you are ok with alternate shipping to what we describe above.
Once we ship your product, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking number for your product.
- If you ordered on a holiday or weekend, delivery time may take an extra day or two.
- We recommend using aftership or 17track to track packages anywhere. It may take a few extra days from the delivery date for the tracking data to appear.
- Shipping may take longer on peak seasons such as Christmas or Boxing Day.
If your item hasn't been delivered within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us and include your order number in your message and we will look into it. If the product appears to be lost in the mail, we will give you a full refund or ship you a new one.

* France: Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. The packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.
Our customer satisfaction is very important to us and we understand that sometimes things just don't work out.
Because of this, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date that the product arrived at your door.
If you have any questions or concerns with your product, please don't hesitate to contact us about it and we will help you out, the sooner you reach out to us, the better.
Vivid Variety doesn't offer exchanges, however we will give a store credit or a refund for the items you want to return as long as they match these following conditions:
(1) The product has been returned to us within 30 days from the original date that the product was delivered
(2) The product is unused, undamaged, not washed and in the same condition that you received it
(3) You gave us a receipt or proof of purchase (your confirm email or text)
(4) You followed and completed our Return Form and
(5) The product is not listed in our exceptions below
If your product is defected or damaged upon arrival, DO NOT send the product back to us or the manufacturer, instead follow these steps:
(1) Complete the steps on our Return Form upon receiving the package
We will then email you, asking you to:
(2) Attach photographic proof of the damaged or defected item
(3) Attach photographic proof of the damaged parcel or packaging, if applicable
(4) Please do the above steps within 7 days of receiving the item
We do not offer returns to gift cards, socks, underwear (for hygienic reasons) or products that were marked as final sale when they were purchased (sale items that aren't 'final sale' still qualify for refunds).

We must receive a return within 30 days from the original delivery date documented by the item's courier.

How will my money be refunded?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It typically takes 3-5 days for the banks to process the refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Also please be sure to check the service that you used to pay with, such as if you payed with PayPal, check your PayPal.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Where do I mail my item for a refund?
Once you have completed the Return Form, we will email you with the relevant address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer shown on the product's parcel label.
Who pays for return shipping?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, the responsibility lies on you.
Can I exchange with another item?
We do not do exchanges, instead we will offer you a refund or in store credit and you can buy what you want on our store.
How do I return gifts?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
