Shipping

We usually take 2-7 days to process and ship an item, from there the average delivery time for most countries is 15-30 days for international shipping from China. The UK may take 20-40 days.
Yes, all of our products have tracking. We recommend using 17track or aftership to track your package around the globe.
Some countries may have duties, import fees or taxes for your product. We have no control over this and it is best to see what rules your country applies. Most countries have a calculator on their government site to help you calculate these fees in advance.
If your item hasn't been delivered within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us and include your order number in your message and we will look into it. If the product appears to be lost in the mail, depending on the situation we either will give you a full refund or ship the product to you again.

Checkout and Accounts

We need your name for billing, delivery and contacting you in case there is a problem. It also helps us verify customers when they contact us about their order to make sure we have the right order to look at.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we also use your name in our emails to make them more personalized to you.
For checkout, we use your email and phone number to send you a payment confirmation as well as a link to your order page. As your product goes through delivery, you will get additional emails and texts updating you on its status. Giving us your phone number is optional but an email is required.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we'll email you special promotions and any other updates for our store. We do not text you promotions.

We never sell or give out your email or phone number to any third party.

Fist try searching for our email, hello@vividvariety.com, in your spam folder. If you do successfully find our emails, make sure you mark them as "not spam" to move them out and also so new emails from us won't go in the spam folder.

If you did not find any emails, please contact us and give us as much information about your order to confirm it is you, such as your name, phone number, shipping address, billing address and what products you bought. Once verified, we will then adjust the email in our database and send you an order confirmation to your correct email.

Payment

You can pay with American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, VISA or with a Vivid Variety Gift Card. We will not ship a product until the payment is processed, so please keep that in mind if choosing to use PayPal eChecks.
If you were billed more than what the checkout said, this is likely because your currency isn't USD and has a lower value than USD. All of our prices are in USD, so please make sure to convert this yourself before paying, there is more info on conversions in the next question.
USD is our main currency but we also offer conversions on our site to CAD, GBP, EUR and JPY. However, you will still be billed in USD and the other currencies offered are just to help with estimates before purchasing.
When you proceed to checkout, find the payment section, choose "Use Gift Card" to Check Out, and then enter the PIN of your gift card in the field provided. Finally, click "add gift card" to finalize it. If the card doesn't cover all expanses, you will have to pay the rest by some other means.
They are in our default currency, USD. Gift cards are always in USD even if you change currencies on our site, so please keep this in mind.

Orders

Just find the product you want on this site, add it to your cart and from your cart choose checkout. Then follow the checkout process from there. If you plan to buy more from us again, we recommenced to make an account, to make checkout even quicker for you next time.
Please contact us before the product has shipped and we may be able to get in touch with our manufacturers to cancel or change the order. The timeframe where you are able to do this all depends on the speed of our manufacturers, which usually takes 2-7 days of purchase.

As for changing orders, we can change your shipping address or email and also change the color or size of the same product. However, we cannot add or remove items to an order. If we change the color or size of a product, this can only be done as we ship to you, so your order page will still show the old products.
This is possible if you get multiple quantities of the same product but we can't combine different products in most situations. The reason for this is we could have different manufacturers handling each of those items and each manufacture would ship the product individually to ensure the fastest shipping speed possible for all of our products.
